AllWeb International has a great opportunity for new accounts all across Canada, the USA and Europe, as we are considering to acquire new sales territories in all areas, thereby we'll be in need of more and more qualified personnel who can grow with us with their great sales skills and enthusiasm.

At this time we would prefer people with considerable amount of general sales skills/experience (and plenty of confidence) since the chosen individual has a great chance to become a territorial and/or national sales manager for Canada, the USA and Europe. The successful applicant must be able to work independently without any supervision.

As a Business Development Sales Rep/Manager, you will promote AllWeb's Internet solutions to enhance the productivity and/or sales records of our future domestic and international customers. Your command of written and spoken English is excellent. Your entrepreneurial spirit, intelligence, sense of humor and outgoing/confident personality make you an ideal team player. Your natural curiosity drives you to understand complex technical issues. You have the ability to simplify these complex issues and make them easily understandable to non-specialists.

You have a track record of success in completing complex sales with national and international customers. Your sales success is built on your technical expertise gained through education and relevant industry experience. Your business degree (ideally an MBA) provides you with a comprehensive understanding of business development principles.

This position is high profile, and provides exceptional growth opportunities in an entrepreneurial team environment. AllWeb International is looking forward to opening more offices in America's, Canada's and select European countries' metropolitan cities.

The successful applicant must prove his/her skills by creating at least 4 new accounts per month for the duration of his/her first 3 consecutive months, and is preferably able to train and lead a sales force of 5 to 10 people.

Further achievements in sales through the applicant's future sales force will enable him/her to acquire new sales territories with larger sales forces and become a territorial or national sales manager in North America and/or Europe.
